People in Barking and Dagenham can now access their GP practice and manage their health online in much the same way as managing other areas of their life such as banking and shopping.
GP online is a quick, easy and secure way to book GP appointments, order repeat prescriptions and view parts of your medical records, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results.
1.7 million Londoners have already registered for GP online services with 89% of those surveyed saying registering is easy to do.
Local doctors and Barking and Dagenham Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are urging more people to sign up and make managing their health more convenient. The services enable you to book GP appointments and request repeat prescriptions via computer, smartphone or tablet at a time that suits you, anywhere, anytime – 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

“GP online services is flexible and makes booking an appointment or ordering a repeat prescription convenient, especially for those who lead busy lives.
